Juliette Budge

Juliette Budge, PhD, is an experienced professional specializing in climate change and sustainability, currently serving as a researcher in the Climate Resilience Research program at the University of Hawaii at Manoa since March 2022. Juliette holds board member positions at The Clock Tower Project, focused on innovative climate visualization technologies, and the Alana Ke Aloha -Krause Family Foundation. Previous experience includes working as a Climate Change and Sustainability Specialist at Califia Club, where Juliette assessed climate risks for businesses, and as Chief Operations Officer at Pegasus Lodges, a luxury travel company. Juliette also has a background in disaster management and education, having coordinated programs and taught courses at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Juliette obtained a PhD in Climate Change and Sustainability from the same institution from 2012 to 2019.
