Jay Dworin

Jay Dworin is a seasoned professional in the field of fair housing, currently serving as Fair Housing Manager at The Cloudburst Group since February 2023. With over a decade of experience as a Council Member in Churchill Borough, Dworin has a strong commitment to community service. Previous roles include positions at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where responsibilities encompassed enforcement and compliance as Equal Opportunity Specialist and Compliance Branch Chief from July 2020 to February 2023. Dworin also served as Executive Director and Director of Enforcement at the Fair Housing Partnership of Greater Pittsburgh from January 2006 to July 2020, where efforts focused on combating housing discrimination. The career began with a role as Testing Coordinator at the Fair Housing Partnership from August 2002 to January 2006. Dworin holds a degree from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 1998 and 2003.
