Jennifer Gillard

Jennifer Gillard is a seasoned professional in product management and strategy, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for Unsecured Lending, Cards & Payments at The Co-operative Bank since March 2022. Jennifer has previously held significant roles, including Commercial Manager for Barclaycard Product & Policy and Credit Access at Barclays, where responsibilities included the development of credit policies and management of credit card products for new-to-credit customers. Additionally, Jennifer contributed to product strategy at Lacuna Solutions and managed Kiwibank's $13 billion Deposits portfolio. Early career experience includes a position as a Business Consultant at IBM. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science and Commerce from The University of Auckland.
