Crispin Read

Crispin Read has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as CEO & Founder of The Coders Guild in 2015. Crispin then worked as an Industry Liaison at Web Development Apprenticeships from 2012 to 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Digital Strategy at Curve Agency Limited from 2014 to 2015. From 2011 to 2014, Crispin held the position of Head of Technology and Digital Strategy at White Fuse Media, where they advised clients on digital strategy and was responsible for developing and improving tech platforms. Before that, they served as Managing Director at User37 from 2006 to 2011. Their career began as a Consultant at Ofcom from 2003 to 2009.

Crispin Read attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2023 for the Goldman Sachs 10K SME program. Prior to that, they attended Colchester VI Form College from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained A Levels in Art, Philosophy, Media Studies, and Religious Studies. Before college, Crispin completed their GCSEs at Colchester Royal Grammar School from 1988 to 1993.
