Helena Hill serves as the Interim Fractional Head of Product & Experience Design at Coherence since August 2022, leading a multidisciplinary UX team on public sector efficiency projects. With over a decade of experience as a Product & Experience Design Consultant and Speaker, Helena Hill has enhanced user and customer satisfaction for various organizations, implementing user-centered design strategies that improve sales and UX maturity. Additionally, Helena Hill instructs UX courses at The Coders Guild and mentors in digital and UX roles while holding directorial responsibilities at 49digital, focusing on customer value in the Aviation, Construction, and Automotive sectors. A member of strategic advisory boards, Helena Hill has contributed to both public and private sector initiatives, previously undertaking roles in policy research and communications. Helena Hill holds multiple degrees and professional certifications in design and education.
