Miranda Caldwell, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the coffee industry, currently serving as the Founder of The Coffee MBA since October 2022, where the focus is on ensuring the success and profitability of coffee businesses. Previous roles include consulting and product marketing management at EVERY™ and Steelcase, as well as Chief Operating Officer at Madcap Coffee Company. Miranda has held significant positions such as Western Division Manager and Regional Training Manager at Counter Culture Coffee and has worked as a coffee consultant and Head of Training at Verve Coffee Roasters. Academic achievements include dual Master of Business Administration degrees in International Business from The University of Manchester and Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, along with a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Kendall College of Art and Design.
