Darin Decator

Darin Decator is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality engineering, operations management, and educational roles. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Cold Heading Co. since June 2015, Darin focuses on ensuring quality standards and specifications are met through collaboration with engineering and production teams. As V.P. of Operations at Event Design Inc. since July 2005, Darin has been instrumental in promoting and planning successful events throughout Michigan. Previous roles include Production Manager and Assistant Sales Manager at Trend Performance, where Darin developed new product lines, and an impactful tenure as a Teacher at Trinity Lutheran School. Additionally, Darin served as Senior District Executive for the Clinton Valley Council-Boy Scouts of America, overseeing various program aspects, and held positions in banking and title solutions prior to these roles. Darin holds a BS in History/Earth Science from Eastern Michigan University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Technology and an MBA in Organizational Management.
