Phil Dinsmore

Phil Dinsmore has been with The Coleman Company, Inc. since December 1991, holding various roles such as Global Quality Manager. Currently, Phil serves as the Director of Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs, managing global regulatory compliance for over 23 consumer goods product categories. Additionally, Phil has experience as an International Project Engineer, coaching the China engineering team and developing global project execution strategies. Throughout their career, Phil has worked with third party certification agencies and trained various suppliers and engineering teams on quality requirements and continuous improvement.
