José Angel Rios

José Angel Rios has a diverse work experience in various communication and marketing roles. José Angel started their career in 2002 as a contractor at PNM Resources before moving on to roles such as Producer/Promotions Assistant and Promotions/Technical Director at Entravision Communications. José Angel then worked as a Marketing Communications Assistant at Emerson College and as a Health Communications Specialist at the Department of Veterans Affairs-Veterans' Health Administration. José also served as a Marketing Communications Intern at Legal Sales and Services Organization and as a Media Specialist at the US Census Bureau. José Angel later worked as a Video/Multimedia Consultant at Fenway Community Health before joining the City of Boston as a Community Outreach Coordinator & Ethnic Press Liaison. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director Of Communications at The College Board. Throughout their career, José has demonstrated skills in strategic communication planning, multimedia production, marketing campaign coordination, and content writing and editing.

José Angel Rios has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from The University of New Mexico. José Angel also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College.
