Tamara Mills

Tamara Mills currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director of Internal Operations at The College of Saint Rose since August 2022. Prior to this role, Tamara was the Head Field Hockey Coach at The Sage Colleges from August 2019 to August 2023 and has held various coaching positions, including Assistant Field Hockey and Lacrosse Coach at DePauw University and Interim Field Hockey Head Coach at McDaniel College. Additional experience includes coaching at College Connections, contributing as a Future Coach with USA Field Hockey, and working as an intern in the Athletic Communications Office, where Tamara managed multiple responsibilities related to sports communications and event support. Tamara holds a Master's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from McDaniel College and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizations & Society from Franklin & Marshall College.
