Michael Gaenzler (MSc, MBA)

Michael Gaenzler (MSc, MBA) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michael is currently the Chief Strategy Officer and Partner at The Colony, a platform that connects startups with candidates through a unique Candidate as a Service model.

Prior to this, Michael founded and served as the CEO of Your Profit Engineer LLC, a consulting and advising firm for business owners and startups. Michael focused on helping clients achieve profitable revenue growth by providing expert strategies and guidance.

Michael has also worked as a Certified Startup Mentor at The Venture Mentoring Team, where they supported startups from the idea stage to Series A funding. Additionally, Michael has served as a Strategic Advisor at Kornukopia IDentifyED, a startup providing SaaS solutions for safe and secure campuses. Michael has also been an Advisory Board Member at CognoTrain, a company offering personalized cognitive training platforms for Alzheimer/Dementia patients.
