Heidi Sears

Heidi Sears is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at The Colt Group since May 2022, Heidi previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Control Solutions, Inc. from May 2008 to October 2020, where responsibilities included developing management practices and implementing performance management strategies. Heidi also served as HR Manager at ADAMA USA from 2008 to 2017 and worked as an Administrative Assistant at Moody Rambin from 1987 to 2006. Educational achievements include attending Wichita Falls High School and Midwestern State University.
