Michele Olive

Michele O. has extensive experience in veteran services and organizational development, currently serving as the VP of Alumni Engagement and previously as the Senior Director of Alumni Engagement and Sr. Director of Veteran Services at The COMMIT Foundation since 2017, focusing on facilitating successful military transitions to civilian careers. In addition, Michele O. is the Founder and Director of Nautilus Leadership Development, LLC, established in 2016, which emphasizes the importance of people in driving business success. Prior roles include a position as LCSW at the Naval Special Warfare Development Group from 2014 to 2017 and Family Advocacy Supervisor/Counselor at the Fleet and Family Support Center from 2006 to 2014. Michele O. holds a Certificate in Business Management from William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business, a Master of Social Work from Norfolk State University, and a Bachelor's degree from Longwood University.
