Paul Tibbetts Jr.

Paul Tibbetts Jr. currently serves as General Manager at The Common Man Family since April 2022. Previously, from April 2006 to March 2023, Paul held the position of General Manager at Chili's, where responsibilities included devising front-of-house and kitchen schedules within an hourly labor budget, as well as training and developing servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Earlier in the career at Chili's, Paul worked as a Server/Bartender, responsible for serving food and beverages while ensuring alcohol awareness among patrons. Paul completed education at Salem High School from 2001 to 2005.
