Alice Anigacz is a seasoned professional in the field of affordable housing development, currently serving as a Senior Development Project Manager at The Community Builders, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing a six-phase development project in partnership with the Yonkers housing authority. Alice's previous roles comprise extensive experience in equity investments and housing projects at The Community Preservation Corporation, where positions ranged from Vice President to Project Manager, managing all facets of deal sourcing and financing. Alice is also a 2024 Fellow with 92NY Women inPower, aimed at advancing women-identifying leaders. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from NYU's Robert F.
