Anthony Coniglio

Anthony Coniglio, CPM, HCCP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Special Assets at The Community Builders, Inc., where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of troubled assets and developing strategic solutions for interest transfers. With extensive experience in asset management, Anthony has previously held positions at Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey as Executive Director of Housing, overseeing multiple affordable housing properties and a homeless shelter, and at Bayview Asset Management, managing distressed residential and commercial real estate. Other notable roles include Asset Manager positions at Enterprise Community Investment, Inc., and First Sterling Financial, and Portfolio Manager at Grand Bank, NA. Anthony's educational background includes studies at Rider University and Thomas Edison State University.
