KURT ROTH

Kurt Roth has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. KURT is currently the Partner and Head of Healthcare at Compass Diversified, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, from December 2015 to September 2022, Kurt served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at Sotera Health LLC. In this role, they were responsible for various significant acquisitions and divestitures in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer industries. Before joining Sotera Health LLC, Kurt worked at Baird as the Managing Director of Investment Banking from August 2007 to December 2015.

Kurt Roth's education history begins in 1987 when they attended the Marine Military Academy, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. From 1992 to 1996, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Economics of Industrialized Societies (PEIS). In 2005 and 2006, they enrolled in two executive programs at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Strategy, respectively.
