Steven Novak

Steven Novak is an experienced educator with a strong background in language instruction and teacher training. Currently serving as an ESL Instructor at Language Training Center since 2014, Steven focuses on developing comprehensive language skills in students. Additionally, as an Instructor for The Connecting Link since 2009, Steven delivers graduate-level courses that equip educators with strategies for addressing modern teaching challenges while adhering to national standards. Earlier, Steven held the position of Executive Coach and Project Manager at Mosaica Education, Inc., where responsibilities included guiding educators in assessment data interpretation, coordinating professional development, and managing instructional teams. Steven holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northeastern Illinois University.
