Richard Voyce

Richard Voyce has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the technology and ecommerce sectors. Richard is currently working at The Conran Shop as the Director of Technology. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Ecommerce at the same company. Before joining The Conran Shop, Richard worked at Pattern International as an Associate - Trading Lead, where they led a team of consultants to support online trading for a leading US department store. Richard also provided strategic and tactical support to the VP of Ecommerce. In their previous role at Dreams, Richard served as the Director of Ecommerce, where they achieved continuous year-over-year record online sales and profit growth. Richard also introduced an omni-channel solution to enhance the buying journey and led a company-wide customer journey project. Prior to that, Richard worked at New Era Cap as an Ecommerce Manager, growing their online business into a successful and profitable D2C channel. Richard was responsible for the entire consumer cycle and customer experience. Richard also gained experience at PR Newswire as a Web Design/Development Manager and at the Building Research Establishment as a Graphic Designer. Early in their career, they worked as a Web Designer at The Digital Academy @ Reading College.

Richard Voyce attended Aylesbury Grammar School from 1988 to 1992. After completing their schooling, they enrolled in Nottingham Trent University from 1992 to 1996. At the university, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Residential Development with a focus on Construction Management.
