Tahir Hamid

Tahir has worked with the business since 2007 and has a wealth of previous experience in the Banking and Professional Services.

Having worked across several departments within The Contact Company, and acquiring a significant understanding of the business, our employees and our clients, Tahir is responsible for all aspects of the physical infrastructure of the business.

Being able to provide a safe, secure and comfortable workspace is one of the key contributors to The Contact Company’s success and Tahir and his team have successfully delivered state of the art Contact Centre environments that enhance and complement the high standards of service delivery.

As well as supporting and managing all of our office spaces across multiple sites, Tahir also introduced, designed and developed our two 100+ seat subsidised cafes, which offer our employees and clients a friendly and inviting place to rest during the working day.
