David Simmons

David Simmons is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in custom storage solutions and space planning. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Design for Preston Custom Spaces at The Container Store since February 2022, David previously held roles as Director of Design and Regional Sales within the same division, which focuses on delivering tailored storage solutions for both residential and commercial clients across the US. Prior to this, David honed design skills at Closet Works from March 2014 to February 2022 and also worked as a designer at Walker Simmons Designs, LLC. With 17 years of experience in space planning at California Closets before joining Closet Works, David has built a robust career in the design industry.
