Vicky Gavrias

Vicky Gavrias is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business coaching and biotechnology. As the Founder and CEO of Ethos Business Coaching LLC since December 2013, Vicky has also served as an EMyth-Certified Business Coach since May 2014. Vicky's career includes significant roles at Monsanto from 1998 to 2013, where responsibilities encompassed managing R&D teams and projects in biotechnology, analytics, and operations, along with leadership positions in product development and genomics strategy. Prior experience includes positions at Millennium Pharmaceuticals focusing on antifungal research and a postdoctoral role at the University of Georgia. Vicky holds a PhD in Molecular Genetics from Paris-Sud University and a BSc in Biochemistry from King's College London.
