Debbie Monaghan

Debbie Monaghan is an experienced Contact Centre Supervisor and Licensed Insurance Broker (RIBO) at HB Group Insurance Management Ltd. since March 2006, where leadership is demonstrated through the oversight of the Peer Audit and Mentoring Team, focusing on coaching and enhancing contact centre performance. Prior to this role, Debbie served as President and Joint-Owner of Monaghan Machinery Sales & Service Inc. from January 1995 to December 2010, managing various administrative tasks. Additionally, Debbie has experience as an Administrative Assistant at Starrett from May 2005 to March 2006. Educational pursuits include ongoing studies for the Chartered Insurance Professional Designation at the Insurance Institute of Canada and a degree in Business Administration from Southport ITeC.
