Gregory Jones

Gregory Jones is an experienced professional in the fields of human services and research analysis, currently serving as a Classification Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Human Services since January 2018 and as a Quality and Outcomes Manager at The Coordinating Center since April 2016. Gregory has a strong background in developing and analyzing performance criteria across various departments, conducting audits, and generating comprehensive reports. Prior roles include Research Analyst positions at the University at Albany's CIFA Lab and Chequed.com, where Gregory led research initiatives, designed surveys, and contributed to grant proposal compositions. Earlier experiences at BryLin Hospital and the University at Buffalo involved direct client support, therapeutic programming, and animal care in research settings. Gregory holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University at Albany, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Buffalo, and an Associate’s degree in Humanities from Onondaga Community College.
