Nicholle Soendker

Nicholle Soendker has extensive work experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations. Their most recent role was as the Director of Residential Marketing at The Cordish Companies, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at NorthPoint Development as the Director of Marketing & Communications from 2022 to 2023, and as the Talent & Engagement Coordinator from 2020 to 2022. Nicholle also served as the Marketing Manager at Beyond Self Storage from 2018 to 2020, and as the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Grand Hall at Power & Light from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they held positions at NorthPoint Development as the Resident Relations Manager from 2015 to 2016, and as the Concierge and Social Media Coordinator from 2013 to 2015. Nicholle also worked as an Executive Wine Consultant at PRP Wine International from 2010 to 2013, and as a Key Manager/Training Coordinator at Outback Steakhouse from 2006 to 2010.

Nicholle Soendker completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley from 2002 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, graduating in 2006.
