Peter van Daal

Peter van Daal is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law enforcement, investigations, and insurance claims adjustment. Currently serving as a SIU Investigator at Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations since February 2023, Peter previously worked as a Police Officer with the Clarendon Hills Police Department, where responsibilities included first response, report writing, and courtroom witness. With prior roles as a Team Lead and Bodily Injury Adjuster at Unique Insurance Company, as well as experience in underwriting at Zurich North America and property claims adjustment at Allstate, Peter possesses strong skills in investigation, negotiation, customer service, and multi-tasking. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and an AA from Oakton College.
