Maria Gianoutsos

Maria Gianoutsos is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Counsel Co, an executive coaching consultancy established in October 2019, focused on partnering with C-Suite leaders to enhance organizational culture and leadership effectiveness. Prior to this role, Maria served as Chief Executive Officer at Brunswick Group from March 2021 to April 2023, and held various leadership positions in talent management and creative services, including Global Managing Partner at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide and Managing Director at The Talent Business. Maria's extensive experience in recruitment and account management spans several prestigious companies, including ML Search Partners, Ammirati Puris Lintas, and Ogilvy & Mather. Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honors in Fine Arts from the University of Sydney.
