Mark Gallaudet currently serves as the General Manager and COO at The Country Club at DC Ranch since September 2022. Previously, Mark held the position of Assistant General Manager at Medinah Country Club from 2019 to September 2022. Mark's culinary and operational expertise includes significant roles such as Executive Director of Culinary and Food & Beverage Operations at Shore Lodge from 2017 to 2019, and Director of Club Operations and Executive Chef at The American Club Hong Kong from 2012 to 2016. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions as Executive Chef at The Omni Homestead, Boar's Head Resort, Ocean Reef Club, and Caltech, as well as serving as Executive Sous Chef at La Quinta Resort & Club. Mark's educational background includes an Associate's Degree in General Education from Los Angeles Pierce College and studies at Chaminade College Preparatory.
