ELIJAH KOECH has extensive experience in various roles, including Chief Officer positions in different departments of the Uasin Gishu County Government. Prior to that, ELIJAH worked as an Associate Business Advisor and Business Counselor at TechnoServe, where ELIJAH was involved in mobilizing and training program participants. Additionally, ELIJAH also worked as a Consultant at Mount Kenya Institute of Capacity Building and as a Support Elections Trainer at IEBC. ELIJAH's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management from Moi University.
