Mariam Hambardzumyan

Mariam Hambardzumyan's work experience includes being a Co-Founder at Prelaunch.com since February 2022 and at The Crowdfunding Formula since October 2018. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder and Director at 2mindS starting in July 2016, where they were involved in talent acquisition, talent management, employer branding, HR policy development, career development, and HR solutions. Mariam also worked as the Head of HR and Business Processes Management Division at Public Television Company of Armenia from May to September 2016. Before that, from February 2015 to May 2016, Mariam was the Head of Human Resources at ProCredit Bank, and they held various roles within the bank from 2007 to 2015, including Head of Staff Recruitment Department, Head of Personnel Development Department, Head of Marketing and PR Department, and Personnel Manager.

Mariam Hambardzumyan pursued their education with a strong focus on law. Beginning in 1995, they attended the Belarusian Institute of Law for a period of four years, completing their studies in 1999. There, they attained a degree equivalent to a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Civil Law. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2009, Mariam Hambardzumyan enrolled at the Public Administration Academy of Armenia, where they obtained a Master's degree in Law.
