Joshua Bowling

Joshua Bowling is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at CSI Companies since October 2020, Joshua previously held the position of VP - Corporate Controller. Prior to CSI Companies, Joshua worked at Regency Centers from March 2011 to October 2020, where responsibilities included Senior Manager for Joint Venture Reporting and Financial Shared Services Manager. Earlier in Joshua's career, experience at KPMG US as a Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate provided a strong foundation in auditing. Joshua holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Florida, obtained in 2007, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the same institution, earned in 2004.
