Larry Mims

Larry Mims is the current President of CSI Financial at The CSI Companies, Inc. Larry has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and placement for accounting and finance professionals. Prior to their current position, they served as Regional VP of Permanent Operations at SNI Financial from May 2010 to May 2017. Larry also held the position of Director of Recruiting at Parker & Lynch from May 2007 to May 2010. Larry has been with The CSI Companies since 2006, first as Director of Financial Recruiting for CSI Search and then as Vice President for Remedy Financial. Larry was Division Director at Robert Half Finance & Accounting from January 1999 to January 2001.

After graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Larry Mims passed the CPA Exam in 1994.

Larry Mims reports to Rafe Sanson, CEO. They are on a team with Kate Mays - CSI Healthcare IT President, Chris Flakus - COO, and James Chiang - CFO.
