Jim Courtney

Jim Courtney co-founded The Culture Think Tank in January 2015, focusing on performance analytics and research to unlock the potential of people and deliver Return on Culture and Well-Being. Jim also serves as a Limited Partner at Connect2Metrics, utilizing analytic tools to help organizations achieve their business goals. Previously, Jim was a Limited Partner at Legacy Partners of America, LLC, where Jim helped develop a paper process that eventually transformed into a technology-driven system. Jim graduated from The University of Kansas in 1972 with a BS in Business with a major in Accounting.
