Jarrett Kidd

Jarrett Kidd is an undergraduate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, pursuing dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Advertising/Public Relations, with a minor in Statistics and Analytics. Jarrett's professional experience includes a current role as a Financial Services Intern at Raymond James, focusing on client account management and portfolio optimization techniques. Additional roles encompass serving as an Undergraduate Learning Assistant for Intermediate Microeconomics, a Sports Staff Writer for The Daily Tar Heel covering Carolina athletics, and as an Ignite Fellow with Teach For America, tutoring eighth graders in mathematics. Leadership experience includes serving as Philanthropy Chair for Alpha Phi Omega, coordinating philanthropic events, and interning for the 2022 UNC Clean Tech Summit. Early career experience includes lifeguarding at Asheboro Racquet and Swim Club, where CPR and rescue certifications were obtained. Jarrett has also participated in a study abroad program, further enriching the educational journey.
