Sumaya Ayad

Sumaya Ayad is an experienced educational professional with a focus on museum and cultural heritage studies. Currently serving as the School Programs Manager at The Dalí Museum since February 2022, Sumaya previously held the position of STEAM Education Specialist at The Leonardo, where responsibilities included developing field trip workshops and leading virtual educational programs. Additional roles include experience as a Kindergarten Teacher and Office Manager at NUR ACADEMY INC, along with various positions in curatorial and educational capacities at esteemed institutions such as The Ringling, Sarasota Art Museum, and the Detroit Institute of Arts. Sumaya holds a Master of Arts in Museum and Cultural Heritage Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Florida State University.
