Mackenzie Causey, CAP, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Donor Engagement at The Dallas Foundation, a position held since June 2017, with previous roles at the organization including Director of Strategic Partnerships, Director of Scholarships, Manager of Donor Services, and Donor Services Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Grants Administrator at Lyda Hill Philanthropies from March 2015 to May 2017, Associate Director of Alumnae Relations at The Hockaday School from October 2011 to February 2015, and Development and Membership Manager at The Women's Museum: An Institute for the Future from July 2005 to October 2011. Mackenzie began the career as Baylor Sports Hall of Fame Coordinator within the Baylor University Chamber of Commerce between 2002 and 2005, with an early internship as a Special Events Intern at MTV Networks. Mackenzie is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Philanthropic Studies at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation from The American College of Financial Services, along with a bachelor's degree from Baylor University.
