Kirsty Bowe

Kirsty Bowe is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as Head of Group HR at The Danesmoor Group since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kirsty held positions at Lexon from March 2016 to November 2022, including Head of HR and HR Manager, where responsibilities expanded following the acquisition of the Norchem Group and involvement in TUPE and change management. Kirsty also worked as HR Manager at Norchem Group from November 2006 to March 2016, focusing on establishing the HR Department, developing policies, and implementing management systems. Earlier in career, Kirsty was an HR Support Officer at North Yorkshire Police from June 2005 to November 2006, assisting within the Employee Relations team.
