Wendy Poovey

Wendy Poovey is a versatile professional with extensive experience in research, education, and social services. Currently serving as a Research Analyst at The Daniel Group since March 2022, Wendy previously worked as a Social Worker/Case Worker at the Union County Department of Social Services from August 1992 to February 2005. In addition to these roles, Wendy has been the Owner/Teacher at AWBT Christian Academy since July 2010 and has held the position of Director/Tutor with Classical Conversations since August 2014. Wendy Poovey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Appalachian State University and an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Wake Technical Community College.
