Lars Gregersen

Lars Gregersen has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Lars currently holds the position of Director at Landbrugsstyrelsen since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director at Københavns Kommune from 2013 to September 2021, where they held the role of Økonomidirektør and oversaw areas such as digitalization, quality assurance, HR and organization, as well as data and innovation.

Before joining Københavns Kommune, Lars worked as an Økonomidirektør at Fødevarestyrelsen from 2009 to 2013. Lars also served as Kontorchef at Københavns Kommune Socialforvaltningen from 2007 to 2009 and as Økonomichef at Region Hovedstadens Psykiatri from 2002 to 2007.

Lars began their career as a Direktionssekretær at Landbrug & Fødevarer from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they worked as a Fuldmægtig at Finansministeriet from 1996 to 1999 and at Social- og Indenrigsministeriet from 1995 to 1996.

Lars Gregersen began their education in 1989 at Aarhus University, where they pursued a degree in Public Administration, specializing in Political Science. Lars completed their studies in 1995 and obtained the degree of "Kandidat i offentlig administration."

During their time at Aarhus University, Lars also attended Washington State University in 1993-1994 as a part of a study abroad program. There, they earned a Master of Arts degree in Political Science.

In more recent years, Lars attended Harvard Kennedy School in both 2013 and 2016, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for these periods.
