Ray Nogueras P.e.

Ray Nogueras, P.E. is a Principal Engineer at The DarkStar Group, LLC since February 2017, following a notable tenure at The MITRE Corporation from March 2000 to February 2017, where Ray led teams in providing technical expertise across multiple Intelligence Community projects. Ray holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
