Paul Lam is an experienced professional in the fields of data engineering, artificial intelligence, and marketing solutions. Currently serving as an Experimenter at a Stealth Startup and an Associate at The Data Guild, Paul has held the position of VP Engineering at Motiva.ai since March 2016, focusing on trusted marketing conversations through innovative technology. A former Partner at InGrower Mobile, Paul sought to tackle real-world social business challenges through data solutions. Notable roles also include co-founding Spokepoint, serving as the first Data Scientist at uSwitch.com, and working as a Principal at Quantisan Systems, where custom risk management solutions were developed.
