Mayrene Huynh

Mayrene Huynh is currently working as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of California, Davis in the Block Lab, focusing on microcarriers for cultivated meat scaling. Additionally, Mayrene serves as a Lab Assistant in the Heymann Lab. Mayrene is also the Creative Director and a Social Media Committee Member at The Davis Alt Protein Project. In the past, Mayrene held roles as the Media Director and a Board Member at IHS Lights on Trafficking. Mayrene is pursuing a degree in Food Science and Technology Management at UC Davis.
