Dan Cohen

Dan Cohen has over 18 years of experience in accounting and finance, primarily in the real estate sector. Currently, Dan serves as the Assistant Development Controller at The Davis Companies, a position held since October 2012, and has also held titles including Development Accounting Manager, Senior Property Accountant, and Property Accountant within the same organization. Prior to joining The Davis Companies, Dan was employed as a Staff Accountant at A.W. Perry, Inc. from August 2005 to October 2012. Dan Cohen holds a degree from Bentley University, earning a Bachelor’s degree from 2001 to 2005.
