Rabia Tabassum

Rabia Tabassum is an experienced professional in Human Resources, currently serving as the Assistant Manager at The Dawood Foundation since January 2020. Previously, Rabia held the position of Human Resources Executive at METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, where responsibilities included recruitment, payroll processing, and performance appraisal. This role followed a research internship at Reon Energy Limited, focusing on solar power regulations and market analysis. Prior to this, Rabia gained valuable experience as an Associate Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, emphasizing risk and controls, and as a Fast Track Graduate rotating through various departments.
