Braden Perry

Braden Perry is a Partner at Kennyhertz Perry, LLC, where consultation involves government inquiries, litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory issues, with a specialization in complex financial matters. Additionally, Braden serves as a Member of the Global Compliance Institute, focusing on expanding its presence in the U.S., and holds the position of Chairperson of the Kansas State Board of Indigents' Defense Services. Braden is also a Commission Member on the Prairie Village Civil Service Commission, an Advisory Board Member for the National Introducing Brokers Association, a member of the Cyber Risk Governance Council for The DCRO Institute, and an Arbitrator for both FINRA and the National Futures Association.
