Michael Fearn

Michael Fearn is an experienced production manager with a strong background in the ceramics and tableware industry. Currently serving as the Production Manager at Denby Pottery Company Ltd since November 2004, Michael reports to the Operations Director and oversees factory manufacturing processes. Previously, Michael held the position of Production Manager - Clay at Denby, where leadership was provided to a team of 60 in the effective manufacture of stoneware clay shapes. Prior to Denby, experience included roles as Shift Lead at Ideal Standard UK and White Factory Manager at Royal Worcester Porcelain Ltd, as well as Manufacturing Manager at T.G. Green & Co Limited. Michael's educational background includes studies at Burton On Trent Business College and Paulet High School.
