Sebastian Lazell

Sebastian Lazell serves as the CEO and Group Managing Director of Denby Pottery Company Ltd since January 2015, leading the company in its growth of iconic English pottery brands including Denby, Burleigh, and Poole. Prior to this role, Lazell held multiple significant positions at Unilever, including Chairman and Senior Vice President of Unilever ANZ, where leadership resulted in substantial sales growth and operational improvements, as well as roles as Global Head of the Oral Care Division and Global Brand Vice President for Rexona. Additionally, experience includes serving as Interim CEO and Board Director at ghd, overseeing substantial turnover and operations across Europe. Lazell's career spans over three decades in various leadership and marketing roles within Unilever, contributing to innovations and successful brand strategies. Lazell holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from New College, Oxford University.
