Carly Dressler

Carly Dressler has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Carly currently holds the position of Assistant Athletics Director for NCAA Compliance and Leadership at DePaul University Athletics since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Tutor Coordinator/Academic Counselor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from August 2018 to December 2021. Carly also served as the Assistant Director of Compliance and Academics at Butler University from June 2015 to July 2018.

Before joining Butler University, Carly worked at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they held various roles. Carly started as a Compliance Assistant in April 2013 and served until June 2015. In this role, they were involved in implementing and tracking monitoring systems, providing interpretations to coaches and staff, managing financial records, conducting compliance orientation sessions, and handling various administrative tasks related to recruiting and student-athlete compliance.

During their time at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Carly also worked as a Study Hall Monitor and Assistant to Game Day Manager from August 2012 to June 2015. Additionally, they served as an Intramural Intern from August 2010 to August 2012.

Earlier in their career, Carly worked as a Junior Varsity Basketball Coach at Green Hope High School for a brief period from November 2010 to February 2011. Carly also gained experience as a Counselor at Coach for College from March 2008 to December 2008.

In 2005 and 2006, Carly Dressler attended Washington University in St. Louis, although the details of their degree and field of study during that period are unknown.
