Fadi Hodali

Fadi Hodali has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Fadi is currently serving as a Lead IT Scrum Master and Senior IT Portfolio Specialist at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Citi as the Vice President VP at Citi - IT Business Lead Analyst from March 2018 to September 2019.

Fadi also has experience as a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst, Independent Consultant at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), where they led 2 squads for the Cloud Automation program. Fadi started in July 2017 and worked until March 2018, utilizing Agile methodology for sprint planning and execution.

Before joining DTCC, Fadi held the role of Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst - IT Sr. Manager - (Product Owner) at PwC from January 2016 to July 2017. Fadi was responsible for identifying, assessing, and documenting business requirements, as well as leading and coaching a team of Business Analysts.

Additionally, Fadi gained valuable experience as a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst at Progressive Insurance from January 2014 to January 2016. Fadi gathered and documented business requirements, applied business analysis framework and methodologies, and translated requirements into system applications and process designs.

Earlier in their career, Fadi worked as an IT Business Applications Analyst at NEORSD Government – Utilities from July 2007 to January 2014. Fadi also served as a Senior System & Business Analyst at Savola Group Royah Company from January 2004 to March 2007.

Fadi's journey in the IT industry began at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Business/System Analyst from January 2002 to December 2004. Prior to that, they held a similar role at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting from January 2000 to January 2002.

Fadi Hodali holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems (MS MIS) degree. Fadi is also a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Fadi Hodali has a Master of Science in Management of Information Systems (MS MIS) from Bellevue University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Najah University, with a major in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science.

In addition to their academic degrees, Fadi Hodali has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the Certified Data Specialist from Computer Coach IT Training in March 2020, the Applied Business Architecture certification from AD Learnings in December 2019, and the Microsoft Business Intelligence and Power BI certification, also from Computer Coach IT Training, in December 2019. Fadi also holds the Microsoft Server T-SQL Querying certification from Computer Coach IT Training in October 2019.

Furthermore, Fadi Hodali is certified in several Agile and project management methodologies. Fadi holds the Kanban Management Professional II certification from Kanban University, obtained in November 2018, and the Kanban System Design KMP I certification, also from Kanban University, obtained in November 2018. Additionally, they are a Certified Scrum Product Owner® and a Certified Scrum Master®, both of which were obtained through the Scrum Alliance in May 2018 and December 2017, respectively. Fadi also has a DevOps Foundation Certificate from DevOpsInstitute, obtained in August 2016.

Fadi Hodali has obtained various certificates related to process improvement and management. Fadi holds The Operational Excellence Certificate from Case Western Reserve University, obtained in June 2011, and the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, also from Case Western Reserve University, obtained in March 2011. Fadi has a Technical Writing Certificate from Kent State University, obtained in March 2010, and a Certificate in Crucial Conversation Techniques from VitalSmarts, obtained in July 2009.

Lastly, Fadi Hodali has two Master Certificates, one in IS/IT Project Management and the other in Business Analysis, both obtained from Villanova University in August 2008 and June 2008, respectively. Fadi also has a Functional Perspective of Supply Chain Management Certificate from the University of San Francisco, obtained in September 2008.
