Justin Byrne

Justin Byrne serves as Executive Director and Associate General Counsel at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since November 2021, having previously held the same title at The Options Clearing Corporation from December 2015 to November 2021. Prior experience includes a role as an Attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from May 2012 to December 2015 and as a Senior Economist at the Bureau of Labor Statistics from June 2001 to May 2012. Justin Byrne earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law between 2007 and 2011, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University from 1997 to 2001.
